Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Accessoryz.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want to be clear about the rules governing returns to ensure a fair process for all customers.
1. 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW
In accordance with our Terms of Service (Section 5), we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@accessoryz.com.
- Authorized Returns Only: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- Instructions: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and specific instructions on where to send your package.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES (INSPECTION PERIOD)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Under 2026 Consumer Protection Laws, you must notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These are considered Final Sale:
- Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
- Personal Care Goods: Beauty products or items involving personal hygiene.
- Sale Items & Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on any item purchased on "Sale" or any digital/physical Gift Cards.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
6. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Method: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Timing: Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after we have issued it.
